لَا يُتَمَتَّعُ بِالْأَمَةِ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِ أَهْلِهَا .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abu Nasr, (It has been narrated) from Abu Al-Hassan Al-Reza<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘Do not marry by <span class="iTxt">Mut’a</span> with the slave girl except with the permission of her owner’.
