لَا بَأْسَ بِأَنْ يَتَزَوَّجَ الْأَمَةَ مُتْعَةً بِإِذْنِ مَوْلَاهَا .
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Abdullah Bin Muhammad, from Ali Bin Al Hakam, form Aban Bin Usman, from Isa Bin Abu Mansour, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘There is no problem if you were to marry the slave girl by <span class="iTxt">Mut’a</span> with the permission of her master’.
