لَا بَأْسَ بِأَنْ يَتَمَتَّعَ الرَّجُلُ بِأَمَةِ الْمَرْأَةِ فَأَمَّا أَمَةُ الرَّجُلِ فَلَا يَتَمَتَّعْ بِهَا إِلَّا بِأَمْرِهِ .
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Ali Bin Al hakam, from Sayf Bin Qmeyra, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘There is no problem with it if a man were to marry with a slave girl of the woman. So, as for a slave girl of the man, so he cannot do <span class="iTxt">Mut’a</span> with her except with his instruction’.
