سَمِعْتُ أَبَا جَعْفَرٍ ( عليه السلام ) يَقُولُ فِي الرَّجُلِ يَتَزَوَّجُ الْمَرْأَةَ مُتْعَةً إِنَّهُمَا يَتَوَارَثَانِ مَا لَمْ يَشْتَرِطَا وَ إِنَّمَا الشَّرْطُ بَعْدَ النِّكَاحِ .
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Ibn Fazzal, from Ibn Bukeyr, from Muhammad Bin Muslim who said, ‘I heard Abu Ja’far<sup>asws</sup> saying regarding the man who marries the woman by <span class="iTxt">Mut’a</span>: ‘They would both be inheriting (each other) for as long as they did not stipulate, and rather the stipulation is after the marriage’ (as they ignored the condition of time so it has become more like a marriage).
