Man La Yahduruhu al-Faqih 1068

اور الحلبی نے روایت کیا کہ انہوں نے ان سے اس شخص کے بارے میں پوچھا جو نماز پڑھتے ہوئے کوئی حاجت چاہتا ہے، تو انہوں نے فرمایا: “وہ سر ہلاتا ہے، ہاتھ سے اشارہ کرتا ہے، اور تسبیح کرتا ہے؛ اور عورت جب نماز میں کوئی حاجت چاہتی ہے تو وہ ہاتھوں سے تالی بجاتی ہے۔”

Translation

Hadith.1075 - Al-Halabi asked him about a man who wishes to attend to a need while praying. Imam (as) said: "He should gesture with his head, signal with his hand, and glorify (SubhanAllah (swt)). As for a woman, when She wants to attend to a need while praying, She should clap her hands”.
