: «مَا أَخَذَ مِنْكَ اَلْعَاشِرُ فَطَرَحَهُ فِي كُوزِهِ فَهُوَ مِنْ زَكَاتِكَ وَ مَا لَمْ يَطْرَحْ فِي اَلْكُوزِ فَلاَ تَحْسُبْهُ مِنْ زَكَاتِكَ ».
اردو
اَلْسَّکُونِیُّ نے جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّد سے روایت کی، جو اپنے آباؤ اجداد سے، علی علیہ السلام سے روایت کرتے ہیں، جنہوں نے فرمایا: ‘‘جو کچھ ٹیکس جمع کرنے والا آپ سے لیتا ہے اور اپنے برتن میں رکھتا ہے، وہ آپ کے زکوٰۃ کا حصہ سمجھا جائے گا۔ جو کچھ وہ برتن میں نہیں رکھتا، اسے آپ کی زکوٰۃ کا حصہ نہ سمجھیں۔’’
Translation
Hadith.1613 - Al-Sakuni narrated from Ja'far ibn Muhammad, from his forefathers, from Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib (as) who said: "Whatever the tax collector takes from you and places in his container counts as part of your Zakat. However, whatever he does not place in the container should not be counted as part of your Zakat."
