«عَلَيْهِ قَضَاؤُهُ فَإِنْ كَانَ فِي وُضُوءٍ فَلاَ بَأْسَ بِهِ».

سماعة ابن مہر ان نے ابو عبداللہ علیہ السلام سے اس شخص کے بارے میں پوچھا جو پیاس کی وجہ سے پانی کے ساتھ کلی کرتا تھا اور پانی اس کے حلق میں چلا گیا۔ انہوں نے فرمایا: ‘‘اس کا روزہ قضا کرنا ضروری ہے۔ لیکن اگر وضو کے دوران ہوا ہو تو اس میں کوئی حرج نہیں۔’’
Translation
Hadith.1867 - Sama'ah ibn Mihran asked Abu Abdullah (as) about a man who played with water by rinsing his mouth due to thirst, and it entered his throat. Imam (as) said: "He must make up his fast. However, if it was during ablution (wudu), there is no harm in it."
