«إِنْ كَانَ أَغْلَقَ اَلْبَابَ عَلَيْهِ بَعْدَ مَا أَحْرَمَ فَعَلَيْهِ دَمٌ وَ إِنْ كَانَ أَغْلَقَهُ قَبْلَ أَنْ يُحْرِمَ وَ هُوَ حَلاَلٌ فَعَلَيْهِ ثَمَنُهُ».

سلیمان ابن خالد نے ابو عبداللہ علیہ السلام سے پوچھا: ایک شخص کے بارے میں جو اپنے دروازے کو ایک پرندے پر بند کر دیا اور وہ مر گیا، تو انہوں نے علیہ السلام فرمایا: "اگر اس نے احرام کے بعد دروازہ بند کیا تو اس پر دم واجب ہے؛ اور اگر اس نے احرام سے پہلے بند کیا جبکہ وہ حلال حالت میں تھا تو اس پر پرندے کی قیمت واجب ہے۔"
Translation
Hadith.2351 - Sulayman ibn Khalid asked Abu Abdullah (as) about a man who closed his door on a bird, causing it to die. Imam (as) replied: "If he closed the door on it after entering the state of ihram, then he must offer a sacrificial animal (damm). If he closed it before entering ihram while he was in a permissible state, he must pay its value."
