: سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ عَنِ اَلْبُدْنِ كَيْفَ تُشْعَرُ فَقَالَ «تُشْعَرُ وَ هِيَ بَارِكَةٌ مِنْ شَقِّ سَنَامِهَا اَلْأَيْمَنِ وَ تُنْحَرُ وَ هِيَ قَائِمَةٌ مِنْ قِبَلِ اَلْأَيْمَنِ.

مُحَمَّد ابن الفُضَیل نے ابو الصباح الکِنانی سے روایت کی، جنہوں نے کہا: میں نے ابو عبداللہ علیہ السلام سے بدن کے بارے میں پوچھا کہ انہیں کیسے نشان زد کیا جاتا ہے۔ انہوں نے فرمایا: “انہیں گھٹنے ٹیک کر نشان زد کیا جاتا ہے، ان کے کوہِ ہمالہ کے دائیں جانب چیر کر، اور انہیں کھڑے ہو کر ذبح کیا جاتا ہے، دائیں جانب سے۔”
Translation
Hadith.2574 - Muhammad ibn al-Fudayl narrated from Abu al-Sabbah al-Kinani, who said: I asked Abu Abdullah (as) about how camels are marked (Ish'ar). Imam (as) said: "They are marked while sitting, by slitting the right side of their hump, and they are slaughtered while standing, from their right side."
