رِوَايَةِ عَاصِمِ بْنِ حُمَيْدٍ عَنْ أَبِي بَصِيرٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ يَقُولُ : «اَلْمُحْرِمُ يُطَلِّقُ وَ لاَ يَتَزَوَّجُ ».

اور عاصم بن حمید کی روایت میں، ابو بصیر سے، انہوں نے کہا: میں نے ابو عبداللہ علیہ السلام کو کہتے سنا: ‘‘محرم طلاق دے سکتا ہے، لیکن شادی نہیں کر سکتا۔’’
Translation
Hadith.2713 - In the narration of Asim ibn Humayd from Abu Basir, he said: I heard Imam Abu Abdullah (as) say: "A person in the state of ihram may pronounce divorce but may not marry."
