«لاَ بَأْسَ إِلاَّ أَنْ يَتَعَمَّدَ وَ هُوَ أَحَقُّ أَنْ يُنْزِلَهَا مِنْ غَيْرِهِ ».

سعید الاعرج نے ابا عبداللہ علیہ السلام سے پوچھا: ایک شخص کے بارے میں جو محمل سے عورت کو نیچے اتارتا ہے اور اسے اپنے قریب لے آتا ہے جبکہ وہ احرام میں ہوتا ہے، تو انہوں نے علیہ السلام فرمایا: "کوئی حرج نہیں، جب تک کہ وہ جان بوجھ کر نہ کرے، اور اسے دوسروں سے زیادہ حق ہے کہ وہ اسے نیچے اتارے۔"
Translation
Hadith.2714 - Saeed al-A'raj asked Abu Abdullah (as) about a man who helps a woman down from her mount and holds her close while in the state of ihram. Imam (as) said: "There is no harm in it unless he does so intentionally [with inappropriate intent], and he has more right to help her down than others."
