: سَأَلْتُهُ عَنْ رَجُلٍ طَافَ اَلْفَرِيضَةَ وَ هُوَ عَلَى غَيْرِ طُهْرٍ قَالَ «يَتَوَضَّأُ وَ يُعِيدُ طَوَافَهُ فَإِنْ كَانَ تَطَوُّعاً تَوَضَّأَ وَ صَلَّى رَكْعَتَيْنِ.

العلاء نے محمد بن مسلم سے روایت کی، دونوں اماموں علیہما السلام میں سے ایک سے، جنہوں نے فرمایا: میں نے اس سے ایک ایسے شخص کے بارے میں پوچھا جس نے فرض طواف کیا جبکہ وہ طہارت کی حالت میں نہیں تھا۔ اس نے کہا: "وہ وضو کرے اور اپنا طواف دوبارہ کرے؛ اور اگر یہ نفل تھا تو وضو کرے اور دو رکعت نماز پڑھے۔"
Translation
Hadith.2811 - It is narrated from al-Ala' through Muhammad ibn Muslim from one of the Imams (as) who said: I asked him about a man who performed the obligatory tawaf without being in a state of purity (wudu). Imam (as) said: "He should perform wudu and repeat his tawaf. If it was a voluntary tawaf, he should perform wudu and pray two rak‘ahs."
