: سَأَلْتُهُ عَنْ رَجُلٍ أَخَذَ حَجَّةً مِنْ رَجُلٍ فَقُطِعَ عَلَيْهِ اَلطَّرِيقُ فَأَعْطَاهُ رَجُلٌ حَجَّةً أُخْرَى أَ يَجُوزُ لَهُ ذَلِكَ فَقَالَ «جَائِزٌ لَهُ ذَلِكَ مَحْسُوبٌ لِلْأَوَّلِ وَ اَلْآخِرُ وَ مَا كَانَ يَسَعُهُ غَيْرُ اَلَّذِي فَعَلَ إِذَا وَجَدَ مَنْ يُعْطِيهِ اَلْحَجَّةَ.

البزنتی نے ابو الحسن علیہ السلام سے روایت کی، جنہوں نے فرمایا: میں نے ان سے ایک ایسے شخص کے بارے میں پوچھا جس نے حج کے لیے ایک شخص سے رقم لی، پھر اس کے راستے میں رکاوٹ آ گئی۔ پھر ایک دوسرے شخص نے اسے حج کے لیے دوسری رقم دی۔ کیا یہ اس کے لیے جائز ہے؟ انہوں نے فرمایا: "یہ اس کے لیے جائز ہے۔ یہ پہلے اور دوسرے دونوں کے لیے شمار کیا جاتا ہے، اور جب اسے کوئی مل گیا جو اسے حج کے لیے رقم دے، تو اس کے لیے جو کچھ اس نے کیا اس کے علاوہ اور کوئی گنجائش نہیں تھی۔"
Translation
Hadith.2869 - Al-Bazanti narrated from Abu al-Hasan (as), who said: I asked him about a man who received funds for Hajj from someone, but his path was blocked by bandits. Then another person provided him with funds for Hajj. Is it permissible for him to accept this? Imam (as) replied: "It is permissible for him to do so. The reward will be accounted for both the first and the second provider, and he had no other option but to do what he did when he found someone willing to provide for his Hajj."
