: قُلْتُ لِأَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ اَلرَّجُلُ يُوصِي مَنْ يَذْبَحُ عَنْهُ وَ يُلْقِي هُوَ شَعْرَهُ بِمَكَّةَ فَقَالَ «لَيْسَ لَهُ أَنْ يُلْقِيَ شَعْرَهُ إِلاَّ بِمِنًى ».

ابن مسکان نے ابو بصیر سے روایت کی، جنہوں نے کہا: میں نے ابو عبداللہ علیہ السلام سے کہا: "ایک شخص اپنے لیے ذبح کرنے والے کو مقرر کرتا ہے، جبکہ وہ خود مکہ میں اپنے بال پھینک دیتا ہے۔" انہوں نے فرمایا: "اسے اپنے بال صرف منیٰ میں پھینکنے کی اجازت ہے۔"
Translation
Hadith.3090 - Ibn Muskan narrated from Abu Basir, who said: I said to Abu Abdullah (as): "A man instructs someone to slaughter on his behalf while he discards his hair in Mecca." Imam (as) replied: "He is not permitted to discard his hair except in Mina."
