: سَأَلْتُهُ عَنْ رَجُلٍ رَمَى اَلْجِمَارَ وَ ذَبَحَ وَ حَلَقَ رَأْسَهُ أَ يَلْبَسُ قَمِيصاً وَ قَلَنْسُوَةً قَبْلَ أَنْ يَزُورَ اَلْبَيْتَ فَقَالَ «إِنْ كَانَ مُتَمَتِّعاً فَلاَ وَ إِنْ كَانَ مُفْرِداً لِلْحَجِّ فَنَعَمْ».

اور عَلِی ابن النُّعمان نے سعید الاعرج سے روایت کی، جو ابو عبد اللہ علیہ السلام سے روایت کرتے ہیں، جنہوں نے فرمایا: میں نے ان سے ایک ایسے شخص کے بارے میں پوچھا جس نے جمارات پر پتھر مارے، قربانی دی، اور سر منڈوا لیا: کیا وہ بیت اللہ کی زیارت سے پہلے قمیض اور ٹوپی پہن سکتا ہے؟ انہوں نے فرمایا، “اگر وہ تمتع کر رہا ہے تو نہیں؛ اور اگر وہ حج کے لیے افراد کر رہا ہے تو ہاں۔”
Translation
Hadith.3096 - Ali ibn al-Nu'man narrated from Sa'id al-A'raj, from Abu Abdullah (as), who said: I asked him about a man who has stoned the pillars, slaughtered his sacrifice, and shaved his head—can he wear a shirt and a cap before visiting the House? Imam (as) replied: "If he is performing Tamattu' (Hajj combined with Umrah), then no. But if he is performing Ifrad (Hajj alone), then yes."
