اَلْمَحْصُورِ وَ لَمْ يَسُقِ اَلْهَدْيَ قَالَ «يَنْسُكُ وَ يَرْجِعُ» قِيلَ فَإِنْ لَمْ يَجِدْ هَدْياً قَالَ «يَصُومُ ».

اور معاویہ بن عمار نے ابو عبداللہ علیہ السلام سے روایت کی: محصور کے بارے میں جو قربانی کا جانور نہیں لایا، انہوں نے فرمایا: "وہ اپنے مناسک ادا کرتا ہے اور واپس آ جاتا ہے۔" پوچھا گیا: "اگر وہ قربانی کا جانور نہ پائے؟" انہوں نے فرمایا: "وہ روزہ رکھتا ہے۔"
Translation
Hadith.3106 - Muawiyah ibn Ammar narrated from Abu Abdullah (as) regarding the Mahsur (prevented) who did not bring a sacrificial animal. Imam (as) said: "He performs his rites and returns." It was asked: "What if he cannot find a sacrificial animal?" Imam (as) said: "He should fast."
