: قُلْتُ لَهُ يَكُونُ لِلرَّجُلِ مِنْ إِخْوَانِي عِنْدِي اَلشَّهَادَةُ لَيْسَ كُلُّهَا تُجِيزُهَا اَلْقُضَاةُ عِنْدَنَا قَالَ "إِذَا عَلِمْتَ أَنَّهَا حَقٌّ فَصَحِّحْهَا بِكُلِّ وَجْهٍ حَتَّى يَصِحَّ لَهُ حَقُّهُ".

اور ʿعثمان ابن ʿعیسی نے ہمارے بعض اصحاب سے، ابو عبد اللہ علیہ السلام سے روایت کی، جنہوں نے فرمایا: میں نے ان سے کہا، “میرے بھائیوں میں سے ایک شخص کے پاس میرے ہاں گواہی ہے، لیکن ہمارے ہاں قاضی اسے مکمل طور پر قبول نہیں کرتے۔” انہوں نے فرمایا، “اگر تم جانتے ہو کہ یہ سچ ہے، تو ہر ممکن طریقے سے اسے درست کرو یہاں تک کہ اس کا حق اس کے لیے ثابت ہو جائے۔”
Translation
Hadith.3328 - It is narrated from Uthman ibn Isa, from some of our companions, from Abu Abdullah (as). I said to Imam (as), "A man from my brothers has a testimony with me, but not all of it is admissible by the judges here." Imam (as) said: "If you know that it is true, then validate it in every possible way so that his right is established."
