ابو عبداللہ علیہ السلام سے پوچھا گیا کہ ایک شخص کا دوسرے شخص پر حق ہے، لیکن وہ اپنے حق کو جھٹلاتا ہے اور قسم کھاتا ہے کہ اس پر کوئی حق نہیں ہے۔ حق کے مالک کے پاس اپنے حق کے لیے کوئی ثبوت نہیں ہے۔ کیا یہ جائز ہے کہ وہ اپنے حق کو جھوٹے گواہی کے ذریعے حاصل کرے اگر وہ اپنے حق کے ضیاع سے ڈرتا ہو؟ انہوں نے علیہ السلام فرمایا: "یہ جائز نہیں ہے، کیونکہ یہ تدلیس کا سبب ہے۔"

Translation

Hadith.3363 - Abu Abdillah (as) was asked about a man who has a right over another man, but the latter denies his right and swears that he owes him nothing. The claimant has no evidence to support his claim. Is it permissible for him to revive his right through false testimony if he fears losing it? Imam (as) replied: "It is not permissible due to the reason of deception."
