رَجُلٍ اِشْتَرَى دَاراً بِرَقِيقٍ وَ مَتَاعٍ وَ بَزٍّ وَ جَوْهَرٍ فَقَالَ "لَيْسَ لِأَحَدٍ فِيهَا شُفْعَةٌ".

الْحَسَن بْن مَحْبُوب نے عَلِي بْن رِئَاب سے روایت کی، جو ابو عبد اللہ علیہ السلام سے ہے: ایک شخص کے بارے میں جو غلاموں، سامان، کپڑے اور جواہرات کے ساتھ ایک گھر خریدا، اس نے کہا: "اس میں کسی کا شفعہ کا حق نہیں ہے۔"
Translation
Hadith.3379 - Al-Hasan ibn Mahbub narrated from Ali ibn Ri'ab from Abu Abdullah (as): Regarding a man who bought a house using slaves, goods, fabric, and jewels. Imam (as) said: "There is no preemption (shufah) for anyone in this case."
