: "قَضَى رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ صَلَّى اَللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَ آلِهِ فِي رَجُلٍ بَاعَ نَخْلَهُ وَ اِسْتَثْنَى نَخْلَةً قَضَى لَهُ بِالْمَدْخَلِ إِلَيْهَا وَ اَلْمَخْرَجِ مِنْهَا وَ مَدَى جَرَائِدِهَا ".

اسماعیل ابن مسلم نے الصادق جعفر ابن محمد سے روایت کی، ان کے والد سے، ان کے آباؤ اجداد سے، علیہم السلام، جنہوں نے فرمایا: رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ایک شخص کے بارے میں حکم دیا جس نے اپنی کھجور کے درخت بیچ دیے لیکن ایک کھجور کا درخت استثنا کیا۔ آپ نے حکم دیا کہ اسے اس درخت تک داخلے اور باہر نکلنے کا حق حاصل ہے اور اس کے پتوں کی حد تک بھی۔
Translation
Hadith.3416 - Isma'il ibn Muslim narrated from Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (as) from his father, Imam Muhammad ibn Ali Al-Baqir (as), from his forefathers (peace be upon them), who said: "The Messenger of Allah (swt) (peace be upon him and his family) ruled regarding a man who sold his palm trees but excluded one palm tree. He ruled that the man had the right to access it for entry and exit, as well as the reach of its fronds."
