: قُلْتُ لَهُ مَنِ اَلَّذِي أُجْبَرُ عَلَى نَفَقَتِهِ قَالَ "اَلْوَالِدَانِ وَ اَلْوَلَدُ وَ اَلزَّوْجَةُ وَ اَلْوَارِثُ اَلصَّغِيرُ يَعْنِي اَلْأَخَ وَ اِبْنَ اَلْأَخِ وَ غَيْرَهُ".

محمد ابن علی الحلبي نے ابو عبداللہ علیہ السلام سے روایت کی، جنہوں نے فرمایا: میں نے ان سے کہا: “وہ کون ہے جس کی کفالت کرنا میرے لیے لازم ہے؟” انہوں نے فرمایا: “والدین، اولاد، زوجہ، اور نابالغ وارث — یعنی بھائی، بھائی کا بیٹا، اور دیگر۔”
Translation
Hadith.3424 - Muhammad ibn Ali al-Halabi narrated from Abu Abdillah (as): I said to Imam (as): "Who are those whom I am obligated to provide for?" Imam (as) said: "The parents, the child, the wife, and the minor heir - meaning the brother, the brother's son, and others."
