سَلَمٍ إِذَا أَسْلَمَ فِي طَعَامٍ أَوْ مَتَاعٍ أَوْ حَيَوَانٍ فَقَالَ "لاَ بَأْسَ بِأَنْ تَسْتَوْثِقَ مِنْ مَالِكَ".

سماعة نے ان سے پوچھا: ایک گرویٰ کے بارے میں جو آدمی سلم میں ضمانت کے طور پر دیتا ہے، جب وہ کھانے، سامان، یا جانوروں کے لیے پیشگی ادائیگی کرتا ہے، انہوں نے فرمایا: "اپنی دولت کو محفوظ کرنے میں کوئی حرج نہیں۔"
Translation
Hadith.3942 - Sama'ah asked him about a pledge (rahn) that a man gives as security in a salam transaction when he advances payment for food, goods, or animals. Imam (as) said: "There is no harm in securing your wealth."
