: سَأَلْتُهُ عَنْ رَجُلٍ لاِبْنِهِ مَالٌ فَاحْتَاجَ إِلَيْهِ اَلْأَبُ قَالَ "يَأْكُلُ مِنْهُ وَ أَمَّا اَلْأُمُّ فَلاَ تَأْخُذْ مِنْهُ إِلاَّ قَرْضاً عَلَى نَفْسِهَا".

حریز نے محمد بن مسلم سے روایت کی، جنہوں نے کہا: میں نے ان سے ایک ایسے شخص کے بارے میں پوچھا جس کے بیٹے کے پاس مال ہے اور والد کو اس کی ضرورت ہے۔ انہوں نے کہا: "وہ اس میں سے لے سکتا ہے، لیکن ماں کے لیے جائز نہیں کہ وہ اس میں سے کچھ لے مگر اپنے اوپر قرض کے طور پر۔"
Translation
Hadith.3668 - Hariz narrated from Muhammad ibn Muslim who said: I asked him about a man whose son has wealth, and the father is in need of it. Imam (as) said: "He may take from it, but as for the mother, she should not take from it except as a loan upon herself."
