: سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ عَنِ اَلرَّجُلِ يَشْتَرِي سِهَامَ اَلْقَصَّابِينَ مِنْ قَبْلِ أَنْ يَخْرُجَ اَلسَّهْمُ قَالَ "إِنِ اِشْتَرَى سَهْماً فَهُوَ بِالْخِيَارِ إِذَا خَرَجَ".

الْحَسَن بْن مَحْبُوب نے زَیْد الشَّحَّام سے روایت کی، جنہوں نے کہا: میں نے ابا عبداللہ علیہ السلام سے اس شخص کے بارے میں پوچھا جو قصابوں کے حصص خریدتا ہے اس سے پہلے کہ وہ حصہ نکلے۔ آپ نے فرمایا: "اگر وہ حصہ خریدے تو جب حصہ نکلے تو اس کے پاس اختیار ہوتا ہے۔"
Translation
Hadith.3854 - Al-Hasan bin Mahbub narrated from Zayd Al-Shahham who said: I asked Abu Abdillah (as) about a man who purchases shares from butchers before the shares are distributed. Imam (as) said: "If he purchases a share, then he has the option to accept or reject it when it is distributed."
