: سَأَلْتُهُ عَنِ اَلْحِنْطَةِ وَ اَلشَّعِيرِ أَشْتَرِي زَرْعَهُ قَبْلَ أَنْ يُسَنْبِلَ وَ هُوَ حَشِيشٌ قَالَ "لاَ إِلاَّ أَنْ يَشْتَرِيَهُ لِقَصِيلٍ يَعْلِفُهُ اَلدَّوَابَّ ثُمَّ يَتْرُكَهُ إِنْ شَاءَ حَتَّى يُسَنْبِلَ".

اور یہ روایت ہے علی ابن ابی حمزہ سے، ابو بصیر سے، ابو عبداللہ علیہ السلام سے، جنہوں نے فرمایا: میں نے ان سے گندم اور جو کے بارے میں پوچھا: کیا میں ان کی فصل اس وقت خرید سکتا ہوں جب وہ ابھی کان نہ نکالے ہوں اور وہ ابھی گھاس کی صورت میں ہوں؟ انہوں نے علیہ السلام فرمایا: "نہیں، جب تک کہ وہ اسے جانوروں کو کھلانے کے لیے کٹا ہوا چارہ نہ خریدے؛ پھر اگر چاہے تو اسے چھوڑ سکتا ہے یہاں تک کہ وہ کان نکال لے۔"
Translation
Hadith.3866 - It is narrated from Ali bin Abi Hamzah, from Abu Basir, from Abu Abdillah (as), who said: I asked him about purchasing wheat and barley crops before they produce spikes while they are still grass. Imam (as) said: "No, unless he buys it as fodder to feed animals, and then, if he wishes, he may leave it until it produces spikes."
