: "لاَ يُضَمَّنُ اَلصَّائِغُ وَ لاَ اَلْقَصَّارُ وَ لاَ اَلْحَائِكُ إِلاَّ أَنْ يَكُونُوا مُتَّهَمِينَ فَيَجِيئُونَ بِالْبَيِّنَةِ فَيُخَوَّفُ وَ يُسْتَحْلَفُ لَعَلَّهُ يُسْتَخْرَجُ مِنْهُ شَيْءٌ ".

ابن مسکان نے ابو بصیر سے، ابو عبداللہ علیہ السلام سے روایت کی، جنہوں نے فرمایا: سونے کے کاریگر، دھوبی، اور بُننے والے کو ذمہ دار نہیں ٹھہرایا جاتا جب تک کہ ان پر شک نہ ہو۔ ایسی صورت میں، انہیں ثبوت پیش کرنا ہوگا، اور انہیں خبردار کیا جائے گا اور قسم دلائی جائے گی تاکہ شاید ان سے کچھ بات معلوم ہو سکے۔
Translation
Hadith.3928 - Ibn Muskan narrated from Abu Basir, from Abu Abdillah (as), who said: "The goldsmith, the launderer, and the weaver are not held liable unless they are suspected. In such cases, they must bring evidence, and they should be made to swear an oath and be warned, perhaps something may be revealed from them."
