قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ : فِي رَجُلٍ رَهَنَ عِنْدَ رَجُلٍ رَهْناً فَضَاعَ اَلرَّهْنُ قَالَ "هُوَ مِنْ مَالِ اَلرَّاهِنِ وَ يَرْتَجِعُ اَلْمُرْتَهَنُ عَلَيْهِ بِمَالِهِ".

محمد ابن ابی عمیر نے جمیل ابن دراج سے روایت کی، جنہوں نے کہا: ابو عبداللہ علیہ السلام نے فرمایا، ایک شخص نے دوسرے شخص کے پاس رہن رکھا اور رہن شدہ مال ضائع ہو گیا: "یہ رہن رکھنے والے کی ملکیت سے ہے، اور رہن لینے والا اپنے مال کی واپسی اس سے کر سکتا ہے۔"
Translation
Hadith.4094 - Muhammad ibn Abi Umayr narrated from Jamil ibn Darraj, who said that Abu Abdullah (as) was asked about a man who gave collateral (rahn) to another man, but the collateral was lost. Imam (as) said: "It is the responsibility of the pledger (rahin), and the pledgee (murtahin) has the right to claim his money from him."
