هُ قَالَ "هُوَ عَلَى مَا نَوَى".

اور عَلِی ابن جعفر نے اپنے بھائی موسیٰ ابن جعفر علیہما السلام سے پوچھا: ایک ایسے شخص کے بارے میں جو قسم کھاتا ہے اور پھر جو کہا تھا بھول جاتا ہے۔ انہوں نے کہا: "یہ اس کے نیت کے مطابق ہے۔"
Translation
Hadith.4303 - Ali ibn Ja'far asked his brother Imam Musa ibn Jafar Al-Kadhim (as) about a man who takes an oath and then forgets what he said. Imam (as) replied: "It is based on what he intended."
