اور یہ روایت ہے سعد بن حسن سے، ابو عبداللہ علیہ السلام سے: کہ ان سے پوچھا گیا ایک شخص کے بارے میں جو قسم کھاتا ہے کہ وہ اپنی مال فروخت نہیں کرے گا اس قیمت پر، پھر بعد میں اس کے لیے واضح ہو جاتا ہے کہ وہ بیچے گا۔ انہوں نے فرمایا: "وہ بیچ سکتا ہے اور کفارہ واجب نہیں۔"

Translation

Hadith.4304 - It is narrated from Sa'd ibn al-Hasan, from Abu Abdillah (as), that Imam (as) was asked about a man who swears that he will not sell his merchandise for a certain price, but then later changes his mind. Imam (as) said: "He may sell it, and no expiation is required."
