: "لاَ يَجُوزُ فِي اَلْقَتْلِ إِلاَّ رَجُلٌ وَ يَجُوزُ فِي اَلظِّهَارِ وَ كَفَّارَةِ اَلْيَمِينِ صَبِيٌّ".
اردو
محمد الحلبي نے ابو عبداللہ علیہ السلام سے روایت کی، جنہوں نے فرمایا: قتل کے معاملات میں صرف مرد جائز ہے؛ اور ظہار اور قسم کی کفارہ میں بچہ جائز ہے۔
Translation
Hadith.4324 - Muhammad al-Halabi narrated from Abu Abdillah (as) who said: "In cases of murder, only an adult man is permissible for expiation. However, in cases of ẓihar and the expiation of oaths, a young boy is permissible."
