: سَأَلْتُ أَبَا جَعْفَرٍ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ عَنِ اَلْقَابِلَةِ أَ يَحِلُّ لِلْمَوْلُودِ أَنْ يَنْكِحَهَا قَالَ "لاَ وَ لاَ اِبْنَتَهَا هِيَ كَبَعْضِ أُمَّهَاتِهِ".

اور ʿAmr ibn Shimr نے Jābir سے روایت کی، جنہوں نے کہا: میں نے Abū Jaʿfar علیہ السلام سے قابِلہ کے بارے میں پوچھا: کیا نوزائیدہ بچے کے لیے یہ جائز ہے کہ وہ اس سے شادی کرے؟ انہوں نے علیہ السلام فرمایا: "نہیں، اور نہ ہی اس کی بیٹی۔ وہ اس کی ماؤں میں سے ایک کی مانند ہے۔"
Translation
Hadith.4431 - Amr ibn Shimr reported from Jabir, who said: I asked Abu Jafar Imam Muhammad ibn Ali Al-Baqir (as), about the midwife, whether it is permissible for the child she delivered to marry her. Imam (as) replied: "No, nor her daughter. She is like one of his mothers."
