: "إِذَا جَامَعَ اَلرَّجُلُ وَلِيدَةَ اِمْرَأَتِهِ فَعَلَيْهِ مَا عَلَى اَلزَّانِي".

العلاء نے محمد بن مسلم سے روایت کی، جو دونوں اماموں علیہما السلام میں سے ایک سے روایت کرتے ہیں، جنہوں نے فرمایا: اگر کوئی مرد اپنی بیوی کی غلام عورت کے ساتھ جماع کرے تو اس پر زانی کے برابر گناہ ہوگا۔
Translation
Hadith.4999 - Al-Alaa narrated from Muhammad ibn Muslim, who reported from one of the two Imams (peace be upon them), who said: "If a man has intercourse with the slave woman of his wife, then upon him is the same punishment as that of a fornicator."
