رَجُلٍ زَوَّجَ أَمَتَهُ رَجُلاً ثُمَّ وَقَعَ عَلَيْهَا قَالَ "يُضْرَبُ اَلْحَدَّ".

اور حماد نے الحلبی سے، ابو عبداللہ علیہ السلام سے روایت کی: ایک شخص کے بارے میں جو اپنی غلام عورت کو دوسرے مرد سے شادی کروا دیتا ہے، پھر اس کے ساتھ مباشرت کرتا ہے، فرمایا: "اس پر حد کا اطلاق ہوگا۔"
Translation
Hadith.5000 - Hammad narrated from Al-Halabi, who reported from Abu Abdullah (as) regarding a man who married off his slave woman to another man and then had intercourse with her. Imam (as) said: "He is to be subjected to the legal punishment (Hadd)."
