: فِي اَلْحَدِّ فِي اَلسَّفَرِ اَلَّذِي إِذَا زَنَى لَمْ يُرْجَمْ إِذَا كَانَ مُحْصَناً قَالَ "إِذَا قَصَّرَ وَ أَفْطَرَ فَلَيْسَ بِمُحْصَنٍ".

اور محمد ابن احمد ابن یحیی نے محمد ابن الحسین سے روایت کی، جو اسے بیان کرتے ہیں، جنہوں نے کہا: سفر میں مقررہ حد کے بارے میں، جہاں اگر کوئی زنا کرے اور وہ محصن ہو تو اسے سنگسار نہیں کیا جاتا، انہوں نے کہا: "اگر وہ نماز کو قصر کرے اور روزہ توڑے، تو وہ محصن نہیں ہے۔"
Translation
Hadith.5037 - Muhammad bin Ahmad bin Yahya narrated from Muhammad bin Al-Husayn in a marfu' report, who said: Regarding the prescribed punishment (hadd) in travel, in which if one commits adultery, he is not stoned if he is married, it was said: "If he shortens the prayer and breaks his fast, then he is not considered married (muhsan)."
