عبدالرحمن ابن ابی ہاشم البجلی نے ابو خدیجہ سے روایت کی، جنہوں نے فرمایا: دو عورتوں کے لیے ایک ہی لحاف کے نیچے سونا مناسب نہیں جب تک کہ ان کے درمیان کوئی پردہ نہ ہو۔ اگر وہ ایسا کریں تو انہیں اس سے منع کیا جائے؛ پھر اگر منع کے بعد انہیں ایک ہی لحاف کے نیچے پایا جائے تو ہر ایک کو حد کی سزا دی جائے۔ اگر وہ تیسری بار ایک ہی لحاف کے نیچے پائی جائیں تو حد کی سزا دی جائے؛ اور اگر چوتھی بار پائی جائیں تو قتل کیا جائیں۔ اور جب کوئی مرد اپنی بیوی کے پاس جائے اور وہ اس کا منی لے کر اپنی کنیز کے ساتھ مساحقہ کرے اور وہ حاملہ ہو جائے تو عورت کو سنگسار کیا جائے، کنیز کو کوڑے مارے جائیں، اور بچے کو اس کے والد کے ساتھ منسوب کیا جائے۔

Translation

Hadith.5050 - Abd Al-Rahman ibn Abi Hashim Al-Bajali narrated from Abu Khadijah: "It is not appropriate for two women to sleep under the same blanket unless there is a barrier between them. If they do so, they should be prohibited from it, and if they are found again after being warned in the same blanket, each of them should be lashed the prescribed punishment. If they are found a third time under the same blanket, they should be punished with the prescribed punishment, If they are found a fourth time under the same blanket, they should be executed. And if a man approaches his wife and she carries his semen and uses it to commit lesbian acts with her maid, resulting in pregnancy, the wife should be stoned, the maid should be lashed, and the child should be attributed to the father."
