: سَأَلْتُهُ عَنِ اِبْنِ اَلْمَغْصُوبَةِ يَفْتَرِي عَلَيْهِ اَلرَّجُلُ فَيَقُولُ لَهُ يَا اِبْنَ اَلْفَاعِلَةِ فَقَالَ "أَرَى عَلَيْهِ اَلْحَدَّ ثَمَانِينَ جَلْدَةً وَ يَتُوبُ إِلَى اَللَّهِ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ مِمَّا قَالَ".

اور ابو ایوب نے حریز سے ابو عبداللہ علیہ السلام سے روایت کی، جنہوں نے فرمایا: میں نے اس سے اس عورت کے بیٹے کے بارے میں پوچھا جس پر ظلم ہوا ہو، جس کے خلاف کوئی آدمی الزام تراشی کرتا ہے اور اسے کہتا ہے، 'اے زانی کی اولاد۔' انہوں نے علیہ السلام فرمایا: 'میری رائے میں اس پر حد کی سزا یعنی اسی کوڑے مارے جائیں گے، اور اسے اللہ عزوجل سے توبہ کرنی چاہیے جو اس نے کہا۔'
Translation
Hadith.5086 - Abu Ayyub narrated from Hariz from Abu Abdullah (as) who said: I asked Imam (as) about a man falsely accusing the son of a woman whose rights were violated (Al-maghsubah) by saying to him, "O' son of an adulteress." Imam (as) said: "I believe he deserves the legal punishment of eighty lashes and must repent to Allah (swt), the Mighty and Majestic, for what he has said."
