قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ : "أُتِيَ أَمِيرُ اَلْمُؤْمِنِينَ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ بِرَجُلَيْنِ قَدْ قَذَفَ كُلُّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا صَاحِبَهُ فِي بَدَنِهِ فَدَرَأَ عَنْهُمَا اَلْحَدَّ وَ عَزَّرَهُمَا".

اور یہ روایت ہے ابو ولاد الحنّاط سے کہ انہوں نے کہا: ابو عبداللہ علیہ السلام نے فرمایا: "امیر المومنین علیہ السلام کے پاس دو آدمی لائے گئے، جن میں سے ہر ایک نے دوسرے پر اپنے جسم کے بارے میں الزام لگایا، تو انہوں نے دونوں پر حد کا اطلاق نہیں کیا بلکہ دونوں کو تعزیر دی۔"
Translation
Hadith.5087 - It was narrated from Abu Walad Al-Hannat that he said: Abu Abdullah (as) said: "Commander of the Faithful (as) was presented with two men, each of whom had accused the other of something concerning his body. Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib (as) waived the legal punishment for both of them and administered disciplinary punishment (ta'zir) to them."
