5104 - وَ فِي رِوَايَةِ اَلسَّكُونِيِّ قَالَ قَالَ عَلِيٌّ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ : "كُلُّ مَدْخَلٍ يُدْخَلُ إِلَيْهِ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنٍ فَسَرَقَ مِنْهُ اَلسَّارِقُ فَلاَ قَطْعَ عَلَيْهِ".

اور اَلسَّکونی کی روایت میں، انہوں نے کہا: علی علیہ السلام نے فرمایا: "ہر وہ جگہ جس میں بغیر اجازت داخل ہوا جائے، اور چور اس سے چوری کرے، تو اس پر قطع کا حکم نہیں ہے۔"
Translation
Hadith.5104 - In the narration of Al-Sakuni, Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib (as) said: "Every place that can be entered without permission, and a thief steals from it, there is no cutting off of the hand."
