: "اَلْعَبْدُ إِذَا أَقَرَّ عَلَى نَفْسِهِ عِنْدَ اَلْإِمَامِ مَرَّةً أَنَّهُ سَرَقَ قَطَعَهُ وَ اَلْأَمَةُ إِذَا أَقَرَّتْ عَلَى نَفْسِهَا عِنْدَ اَلْإِمَامِ بِالسَّرِقَةِ قَطَعَهَا".
اردو
اور عَلِي بن رِئاب نے ضُرَیس الکُنّاسی سے روایت کی، جو ابو جعفر علیہ السلام سے روایت کرتے ہیں، جنہوں نے فرمایا: اگر کوئی مرد غلام امام کے سامنے ایک بار اپنے آپ پر چوری کا اقرار کرے تو اس کا ہاتھ کاٹ دیا جائے گا؛ اور اگر کوئی عورت غلام امام کے سامنے چوری کا اقرار کرے تو اس کا ہاتھ کاٹ دیا جائے گا۔
Translation
Hadith.5129 - Ali ibn Ri'ab narrated from Ḍurays Al-Kunasi from Abu Jafar Imam Muhammad ibn Ali Al-Baqir (as) who said: "If a male slave confesses to theft once before the Imam, his hand is to be cut off. Likewise, if a female slave confesses to theft before the Imam, her hand is to be cut off."
