: قُلْتُ لَهُ مَا حَدُّ آكِلِ اَلرِّبَا بَعْدَ اَلْبَيِّنَةِ قَالَ "يُؤَدَّبُ فَإِنْ عَادَ أُدِّبَ فَإِنْ عَادَ قُتِلَ".

اسحاق ابن عمار اور سماعہ نے ابو بصیر سے روایت کی، جو ابو عبداللہ علیہ السلام سے روایت کرتے ہیں، جنہوں نے فرمایا: میں نے ان سے پوچھا: جو شخص ثبوت کے بعد سود کھائے اس کا قانونی سزا کیا ہے؟ انہوں نے فرمایا: "اسے تادیب کیا جائے گا؛ اگر وہ دوبارہ کرے تو دوبارہ تادیب کیا جائے گا؛ اگر وہ پھر بھی کرے تو اسے قتل کیا جائے گا۔"
Translation
Hadith.5132 - Ishaq ibn Ammar and Samaah narrated from Abu Basir from Abu Abdullah (as) who said: I asked Imam - "What is the punishment for one who consumes usury after clear evidence (has been established)?" Imam (as) replied: "He is to be disciplined. If he returns to it, he is disciplined again. If he repeats it a third time, he is to be killed."
