: سُئِلَ أَحَدُهُمَا عَلَيْهِمَا اَلسَّلاَمُ عَنْ حَدِّ اَلْأَخْرَسِ وَ اَلْأَصَمِّ وَ اَلْأَعْمَى قَالَ "عَلَيْهِمُ اَلْحُدُودُ إِذَا كَانُوا يَعْقِلُونَ مَا يَأْتُونَ".

یونس نے اسحاق بن عمار سے روایت کی، جنہوں نے کہا: ان دونوں اماموں میں سے ایک سے، علیہم السلام، احکامِ حد کے بارے میں پوچھا گیا جو گونگا، بہرا اور اندھا ہو۔ انہوں نے کہا: "اگر وہ سمجھتے ہیں کہ وہ کیا کر رہے ہیں تو ان پر حدود کے احکام لاگو ہوتے ہیں۔"
Translation
Hadith.5131 - Yunus narrated from Ishaq ibn Ammar who said that one of the two Imams (peace be upon them) was asked about the legal punishments (hudud) for a mute, a deaf person, and a blind person. Imam (as) said: "The legal punishments apply to them if they comprehend what they are doing."
