5143 - وَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ صَلَّى اَللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَ آلِهِ : "لاَ يَحِلُّ لِوَالٍ يُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ وَ اَلْيَوْمِ اَلْآخِرِ أَنْ يَجْلِدَ أَكْثَرَ مِنْ عَشَرَةِ أَسْوَاطٍ إِلاَّ فِي حَدٍّ".
اردو
اور رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ‘‘اللہ اور آخرت کے دن پر ایمان رکھنے والے حکمران کے لیے دس سے زیادہ کوڑے مارنا جائز نہیں، سوائے حد کے معاملے کے۔’’
Translation
Hadith.5143 - The Messenger of Allah (swt) (peace be upon him and his family) said: "It is not permissible for a ruler who believes in Allah (swt) and the Last Day to administer more than ten lashes except in the case of a legal punishment (hadd)."
