قَرْيَةٍ أَوْ بَيْنَ قَرْيَتَيْنِ قَالَ "يُقَاسُ بَيْنَهُمَا فَأَيَّتُهُمَا كَانَتْ إِلَيْهِ أَقْرَبَ ضُمِّنَتْ".

سماعة نے ابو عبداللہ علیہ السلام سے پوچھا ایک ایسے شخص کے بارے میں جو کسی گاؤں میں یا دو گاؤں کے درمیان قتل شدہ پایا جائے۔ انہوں نے فرمایا: "ان کے درمیان فاصلہ ناپا جاتا ہے، اور جو بھی ان دونوں میں اس کے قریب تر ہو اسے ذمہ دار ٹھہرایا جاتا ہے۔"
Translation
Hadith.5180 - Samaah asked Abu Abdullah (as) about a man who is found murdered in a village or between two villages. Imam (as) said: "The distance between them should be measured, and whichever of the two is closer to him will be held responsible."
