رِوَايَةِ أَبَانٍ عَنْ زُرَارَةَ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ : "عَلَيْهِ دِيَةٌ وَ ثُلُثٌ".
اردو
اور ابان کی روایت میں، زرارہ سے، ابو عبداللہ علیہ السلام سے: اس پر دیہ ادا کرنا واجب ہے اور اس کے ساتھ ایک تہائی بھی۔
Translation
Hadith.5213 - In the narration of Aban from Zurarah from Abu Abdullah (as), he said: "He must pay the full blood money (diyyah) plus one-third."
