رَجُلٍ حَمَلَ عَلَى رَأْسِهِ مَتَاعاً فَأَصَابَ إِنْسَاناً فَمَاتَ أَوْ كَسَرَ مِنْهُ شَيْئاً قَالَ "هُوَ مَأْمُونٌ".

اور داؤد ابن سرحان نے ابو عبداللہ علیہ السلام سے روایت کی: ایک شخص کے بارے میں جو اپنے سر پر سامان اٹھائے ہوئے تھا اور کسی شخص کو لگا، جو پھر مر گیا، یا اس کا کوئی سامان ٹوٹ گیا، انہوں نے فرمایا: "وہ ذمہ داری سے مبرا ہے۔"
Translation
Hadith.5219 - Dawud ibn Sirhan narrated from Abu Abdullah (as) regarding a man who was carrying goods on his head and accidentally struck a person, causing death or breaking something. Imam (as) said: "He is not held liable (ma'mun)."
