: "كَانَ أَمِيرُ اَلْمُؤْمِنِينَ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ يَجْعَلُ جِنَايَةَ اَلْمَعْتُوهِ عَلَى عَاقِلَتِهِ خَطَأً أَوْ عَمْداً".
اردو
الْحَسَن بْن مَحْبُوب نے ابی ایوب سے روایت کی، جو محمد بن مسلم سے، جو ابو جعفر علیہ السلام سے روایت کرتے ہیں، جنہوں نے فرمایا: امیرالمؤمنین علیہ السلام ذہنی معذور شخص کے جرم کی ذمہ داری اس کی عاقلہ پر عائد کرتے تھے، چاہے وہ غلطی سے ہو یا جان بوجھ کر۔
Translation
Hadith.5310 - Al-Hasan ibn Mahbub narrated from Abu Ayyub, from Muhammad ibn Muslim, from Abu Ja'far Imam Muhammad ibn Ali Al-Baqir (as) said: "Commander of the Faithful (as) would assign the liability for the offense committed by a mentally impaired person (ma'tooh) to his family (Aqilah), whether it was accidental or intentional."
