: سَأَلَ رَجُلٌ أَبَا عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ وَ أَنَا حَاضِرٌ عَنْ رَجُلٍ ضَرَبَ رَجُلاً فَلَمْ يَنْقَطِعْ بَوْلُهُ قَالَ "إِنْ كَانَ اَلْبَوْلُ يَمُرُّ إِلَى اَللَّيْلِ فَعَلَيْهِ اَلدِّيَةُ وَ إِنْ كَانَ إِلَى نِصْفِ اَلنَّهَارِ فَعَلَيْهِ ثُلُثَا اَلدِّيَةِ وَ إِنْ كَانَ إِلَى اِرْتِفَاعِ اَلنَّهَارِ فَعَلَيْهِ ثُلُثُ اَلدِّيَةِ".

5314 - یہ روایت ہے اسحاق بن عمار سے کہ انہوں نے کہا: ایک شخص نے ابو عبداللہ علیہ السلام سے، جبکہ میں موجود تھا، ایک ایسے شخص کے بارے میں پوچھا جس نے دوسرے شخص کو مارا اور اس کا پیشاب بند نہ ہوا۔ انہوں نے فرمایا: "اگر پیشاب رات تک جاری رہے تو اس پر دیہ واجب ہے۔ اگر نصف دن تک جاری رہے تو اس پر دو تہائی دیہ واجب ہے۔ اگر دن کے اٹھنے تک جاری رہے تو اس پر ایک تہائی دیہ واجب ہے۔"
Translation
Hadith.5314 - It was narrated from Ishaq ibn Ammar that he said: A man asked Abu Abdullah (as), while I was present, about a man who struck another man, causing his urine to flow continuously without stopping. Imam (as) said: "If the urine continues until the night, then the full blood money (diyyah) is due. If it continues until midday, then two-thirds of the blood money is due. If it continues only until the morning rises, then one-third of the blood money is due."
