: قُلْتُ لِأَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ رَجُلٌ صَبَّ مَاءً حَارّاً عَلَى رَأْسِ رَجُلٍ فَامْتَعَطَ شَعْرُهُ فَلاَ يَنْبُتُ أَبَداً قَالَ "عَلَيْهِ اَلدِّيَةُ".

جعفر بن بشیر نے ہشام بن سالم سے، وہ سلیمان بن خالد سے روایت کرتے ہیں، جنہوں نے کہا: میں نے ابو عبداللہ علیہ السلام سے کہا: ایک شخص نے دوسرے شخص کے سر پر گرم پانی ڈالا، جس سے اس کے بال جھڑ گئے اور دوبارہ نہیں اگے۔ انہوں نے فرمایا: "اس پر دیہ واجب ہے۔"
Translation
Hadith.5330 - It is narrated from Ja'far ibn Bashir, from Hisham ibn Salim, from Sulayman ibn Khalid, who said: I asked Abu Abdullah (as) about a man who poured hot water on another man's head, causing his hair to fall out and never grow back. Imam (as) said: "He must pay the full blood money (diyyah)."
