"إِنَّ فِي كِتَابِ عَلِيٍّ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ : "لَوْ أَنَّ رَجُلاً قَطَعَ فَرْجَ اِمْرَأَتِهِ لَأُغْرِمَنَّهُ لَهَا دِيَتَهَا فَإِنْ لَمْ يُؤَدِّ إِلَيْهَا اَلدِّيَةَ قَطَعْتُ لَهَا فَرْجَهُ إِنْ طَلَبَتْ ذَلِكَ" ".

الْحَسَن بْن مَحْبُوب نے عبد الرَّحْمَن بْن سَيَابَہ سے روایت کی، جو ابو عبد اللہ علیہ السلام سے روایت کرتے ہیں، جنہوں نے فرمایا: بے شک، علی علیہ السلام کی کتاب میں ہے: اگر کوئی مرد اپنی بیوی کا فرج کاٹ دے تو میں اس پر واجب کروں گا کہ وہ اسے پوری دیہ ادا کرے۔ اگر وہ دیہ ادا نہ کرے تو اگر وہ چاہے تو میں اس کا فرج اس کے لیے کاٹ دوں گا۔
Translation
Hadith.5333 - Abu Abdullah Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (as) said: "Indeed, in the book of Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib (as), it is written: 'If a man were to cut off the private part of his wife, I would obligate him to pay her full blood money (diyyah). If he does not pay her the diyyah, I would cut off his private part for her if she demands it.'"
