رَجُلٍ رَكَلَ اِمْرَأَةً فِي فَرْجِهَا فَزَعَمَتْ أَنَّهَا لاَ تَحِيضُ وَ كَانَ طَمْثُهَا مُسْتَقِيماً قَالَ "يُتَرَبَّصُ بِهَا سَنَةً فَإِنْ رَجَعَ إِلَيْهَا اَلطَّمْثُ وَ إِلاَّ غُرِّمَ اَلرَّجُلُ ثُلُثَ دِيَتِهَا لِفَسَادِ طَمْثِهَا وَ عَقْرِ رَحِمِهَا".
Translation
Hadith.5334 - Abu Abdullah (as) was asked about a man who kicked a woman in her private area, and she claimed that her menstruation had stopped while it was previously regular. Imam (as) said: "She should be observed for one year. If her menstruation returns, then nothing is required. But if it does not return, the man must pay one-third of her blood money (diyyah) for the damage to her menstruation and the harm caused to her womb."
